Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: October 2026
Last Updated: October 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of this website and the automotive maintenance, inspection, detailing, and related mobile services provided by Peerless Automotive Care (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”).

By scheduling, purchasing, authorizing, or receiving services from the Company, the customer acknowledges that the customer has read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

Services

The Company provides mobile automotive care services that may include routine maintenance, vehicle health inspections, pre-purchase inspections, detailing, cleaning, battery and charging system checks, fluid checks, tire inspections, filter replacement, wiper replacement, and other services offered at the time of booking.

Services available for a particular vehicle may vary depending on the vehicle’s year, make, model, condition, location, accessibility, equipment requirements, and other relevant factors.

The Company reserves the right to decline, postpone, or discontinue any service that cannot reasonably or safely be performed.

Service Authorization

By scheduling or approving a service, the customer authorizes the Company and its technicians to perform the services selected or otherwise approved by the customer.

The customer represents that the customer is the vehicle owner or has authorization from the vehicle owner to request and approve services.

Additional work requiring additional charges or authorization will not be performed without customer approval when such authorization is reasonably required.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle, location, and contact information when scheduling service.

The vehicle must be located in a reasonably safe, legal, and accessible location where the technician can perform the requested service.

Customers are responsible for providing access to the vehicle, including keys when necessary.

Personal belongings, valuables, child seats, sensitive documents, and other items should be removed or secured before service when they may interfere with the work being performed.

The Company may decline, postpone, or discontinue service if the location, vehicle condition, weather, hazardous materials, animals, traffic, or other circumstances create an unsafe or unreasonable working environment.

Vehicle Inspections

Vehicle inspections and maintenance checks represent the technician’s observations of the vehicle at the time of service.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, inspections are visual and non-invasive and do not involve complete vehicle disassembly or comprehensive testing of every mechanical, electrical, structural, or safety-related component.

An inspection does not guarantee that a vehicle is free from defects or that a component will not fail after the inspection.

Some defects may be intermittent, concealed, internal, inaccessible, or otherwise not reasonably detectable during the services performed.

Maintenance Recommendations

The Company may provide maintenance recommendations based on factors including vehicle condition, mileage, age, observed wear, available service information, and manufacturer-recommended maintenance schedules.

Recommendations are intended to help customers make informed decisions regarding vehicle maintenance and care. Customers remain responsible for deciding whether, when, and where recommended services will be performed.

Certain repairs, recalls, diagnostics, warranty services, or manufacturer-specific procedures may require service from a dealership, repair facility, specialist, or other qualified provider.

Safety Recalls

When offered as part of a service, the Company may assist customers in identifying publicly available safety recall information associated with the vehicle.

Recall information may change, and customers should confirm applicable recalls and available remedies directly with the vehicle manufacturer or an authorized dealership.

The Company does not perform manufacturer recall repairs unless specifically offered and legally permitted to do so.

Pre-Purchase Vehicle Inspections

A pre-purchase inspection is intended to provide additional information regarding the observable condition of a vehicle at the time of inspection.

A pre-purchase inspection is not a guarantee, certification, appraisal, warranty, or prediction of the vehicle’s future condition, performance, or reliability.

The customer remains responsible for the final decision to purchase or decline a vehicle and for determining whether additional specialized inspections, vehicle-history research, diagnostic testing, or professional evaluations are appropriate.

Detailing & Cleaning Services

Detailing and cleaning results may vary depending on the vehicle’s age, condition, materials, previous care, stains, odors, contamination, oxidation, scratches, fading, wear, and other factors.

The Company cannot guarantee complete removal of every stain, odor, scratch, defect, contaminant, or cosmetic imperfection.

Pre-existing deterioration, damage, or weakened materials may become more noticeable during or after cleaning.

Pre-Existing Conditions

The Company is not responsible for damage, defects, failures, deterioration, or other conditions that existed before service or resulted from normal wear and tear, corrosion, previous repairs, defective components, manufacturer defects, improper installation by another party, or other conditions unrelated to services performed by the Company.

Technicians may photograph, record, or otherwise document the condition of a vehicle before, during, or after service for service documentation, quality assurance, customer communication, and claim evaluation.

Parts, Fluids & Materials

Parts, fluids, filters, chemicals, and other materials may be selected according to vehicle specifications and service requirements.

Installed, opened, consumed, or applied products are generally non-refundable once used, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Any manufacturer warranty applicable to an individual part or product remains subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.

If customer-supplied parts are accepted, the Company does not warrant the quality, compatibility, authenticity, suitability, or durability of those parts unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Pricing & Payment

Customers are responsible for reviewing service descriptions and applicable pricing before authorizing service.

Payment is due according to the terms presented at booking, authorization, or completion of service.

Additional services requested or approved by the customer may result in additional charges.

Applicable taxes, fees, parts, materials, or other charges may be added when disclosed and appropriate.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Appointment times are reserved specifically for each customer and require technician scheduling, travel planning, equipment preparation, and appointment availability.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled at least two (2) hours before the scheduled appointment time may be changed without a cancellation penalty unless different terms were disclosed at booking.

Cancellations made within two (2) hours of the scheduled appointment time are non-refundable, and any applicable booking fee, deposit, or prepaid service amount may be forfeited, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Customers who fail to appear, provide access to the vehicle, or make the vehicle reasonably available for service may be treated as a late cancellation or no-show.

Weather & Mobile Service Conditions

Because services are performed on a mobile basis, weather and environmental conditions may affect the ability to safely or properly perform certain services.

The Company reserves the right to delay, modify, reschedule, or cancel service because of lightning, severe weather, flooding, extreme temperatures, unsafe working conditions, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Customers will not be penalized for appointments canceled by the Company because conditions prevent the scheduled service from being safely or properly performed.

Refund Policy

Services that have been rendered are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

If a customer believes a service was not performed as agreed, the customer should contact the Company promptly so the concern can be reviewed.

When appropriate, the Company may elect to inspect, correct, or re-perform the affected portion of the service.

Damage Claims

Any claim alleging that the Company caused damage to a vehicle or other property during service must be reported within twenty-four (24) hours following completion of the service.

Customers should provide photographs, videos, a description of the alleged damage, vehicle information, and any additional information reasonably requested to investigate the matter.

All reported damage claims are subject to in-person verification by the Company before responsibility or an appropriate remedy is determined.

The customer must provide the Company with a reasonable opportunity to inspect the vehicle and alleged damage in its post-service condition before repairs, replacement, alteration, or disposal of the affected component whenever reasonably possible.

If immediate action is reasonably necessary to protect personal safety or prevent additional property damage, the customer should thoroughly document the condition before repairs or alterations are performed.

Reporting a concern does not constitute acceptance or admission of responsibility or liability by the Company.

Nothing in this section is intended to waive rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

Third-Party Repairs & Expenses

Customers should not assume that the Company will reimburse repairs, towing, rental vehicles, replacement parts, transportation, loss-of-use costs, or other expenses incurred through another provider.

Except where otherwise required by law or reasonably necessary to address an immediate safety concern, third-party work related to a claim should not be undertaken with the expectation of reimbursement without prior authorization from the Company.

No Guarantee Against Future Failure

Routine maintenance and inspections can help identify potential concerns but cannot prevent or predict every mechanical or electrical failure.

A vehicle or component may develop problems after receiving service even when no concern was reasonably observable during the appointment.

The Company does not guarantee future vehicle performance, reliability, roadworthiness, or the absence of subsequent mechanical or electrical failures unless a specific written warranty expressly states otherwise.

Limitations of Services

The Company is not the vehicle manufacturer or an authorized dealership unless expressly stated otherwise.

Some conditions may require diagnostic equipment, lifts, specialized tools, vehicle disassembly, alignment equipment, manufacturer-specific programming, or other capabilities beyond the scope of a mobile appointment.

When appropriate, the Company may recommend that a customer seek additional evaluation or service from a dealership, repair facility, tire facility, collision center, or other qualified specialist.

Website Information

Reasonable efforts are made to maintain accurate and current information on the Company’s website. However, service descriptions, pricing, availability, promotional offers, policies, and other information may change.

Website content is provided for general informational purposes and should not be interpreted as a substitute for vehicle-specific professional evaluation or advice.

Photos & Service Documentation

The Company may photograph or otherwise document vehicles, components, service conditions, inspection findings, and completed work for internal records, quality assurance, customer communication, and claim resolution.

Personally identifying customer information will not be intentionally used for advertising or promotional purposes without appropriate permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from the use of its services where such liability may lawfully be limited.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict liability, consumer protections, warranties, or other rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

Customer Communications

By providing contact information when requesting or scheduling service, the customer authorizes the Company to communicate regarding appointments, vehicles, service status, recommendations, payments, and related customer-service matters.

Marketing communications, when applicable, will be handled in accordance with applicable requirements and available opt-out rights.

Changes to These Terms

The Company may periodically update these Terms to reflect changes to services, policies, business practices, or applicable requirements.

The current version will be posted on the Company’s website with an updated effective or revision date.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Any additional dispute-resolution, venue, mediation, arbitration, or other legal provisions should be established in accordance with applicable law.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any applicable service authorization, estimate, invoice, cancellation policy, refund policy, privacy policy, or written service-specific terms, constitute the applicable terms governing services provided by the Company.

If a service-specific written agreement expressly conflicts with these general Terms, the service-specific provision will control to the extent of that conflict.

Questions regarding these Terms & Conditions, scheduled services, or completed services may be directed to the Company using the contact information provided on this website.

Commitment to Customers

The Company is committed to providing convenient automotive care built around transparency, clear communication, straightforward recommendations, and professional service.

The goal is to help customers better understand their vehicles, stay informed about maintenance needs, and make confident decisions regarding vehicle care without unnecessary pressure.
