Refund, Service & Damage Claim Policy
Effective Date: October 2026
This Refund, Service & Damage Claim Policy applies to automotive maintenance, inspection, detailing, and related services provided by Peerless Automotive Care, LLC (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”).
The Company is committed to providing professional, convenient, and transparent mobile automotive care. This policy explains the procedures regarding completed services, refunds, service concerns, and claims of vehicle or property damage.
Completed Services & Refunds
All services rendered are final and non-refundable.
Once a scheduled service has been performed, completed, or substantially completed, no refund will be issued for labor, inspections, detailing, diagnostics, maintenance, or other services provided, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Customer dissatisfaction alone does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund. If a customer believes a service was not performed as described, the customer should contact the Company promptly so the concern can be reviewed and an appropriate course of action determined.
Nothing in this policy is intended to waive or limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
Service Concerns
The Company takes concerns regarding the quality of its services seriously. Customers are encouraged to report any service-related concern as soon as reasonably possible.
The Company may request photographs, videos, service records, vehicle information, or an in-person inspection before determining whether corrective action is appropriate.
When warranted, the Company may elect to inspect, correct, or re-perform the affected portion of the service. Any such action is based on the circumstances of the individual matter and does not constitute an admission of fault or liability.
Vehicle or Property Damage Claims
Any claim alleging that the Company caused damage to a vehicle or other property during service must be reported within twenty-four (24) hours following completion of the service.
Damage reports should include:
The customer’s name and applicable service information;
The vehicle’s year, make, and model;
A detailed description of the alleged damage;
Photographs or videos clearly showing the area of concern; and
Any additional information reasonably requested by the Company to evaluate the claim.
Reporting an issue or submitting a claim does not constitute acceptance or admission of responsibility or liability by the Company.
In-Person Verification
All reported damage claims are subject to in-person verification by the Company before responsibility or any remedy is determined.
The customer must provide the Company with a reasonable opportunity to inspect the vehicle and alleged damage in its post-service condition.
The customer should not repair, alter, replace, discard, or otherwise modify the affected component or area before the Company has been provided a reasonable opportunity to conduct an inspection, except when reasonably necessary to protect personal safety or prevent additional property damage.
If immediate repairs are necessary, the customer should thoroughly document the condition with photographs, videos, invoices, repair records, and other relevant information before repairs are performed.
Failure to provide the Company with a reasonable opportunity to inspect the alleged damage may affect the Company’s ability to investigate or substantiate the claim.
Pre-Existing Conditions
The Company is not responsible for damage, defects, failures, deterioration, or other conditions that existed before service or resulted from normal wear and tear, age, corrosion, previous repairs, defective components, manufacturer defects, improper installation by another party, or other conditions unrelated to services performed by the Company.
When appropriate, technicians may photograph or otherwise document visible pre-existing conditions before, during, or after service.
Mechanical & Inspection Services
Vehicle inspections, maintenance checks, and diagnostic services reflect the vehicle’s observable condition and available information at the time of service.
Such services do not guarantee that a vehicle or component will remain free from future defects, failures, breakdowns, or safety concerns.
Unless specifically included in the purchased service, inspections do not involve complete vehicle disassembly or evaluation of every mechanical, electrical, structural, or safety-related component.
Manufacturer recalls, maintenance intervals, diagnostic information, and recommendations may require additional verification or service by a manufacturer, authorized dealership, repair facility, or other qualified provider.
Detailing Services
Results from cleaning and detailing services may vary based on the vehicle’s age, condition, materials, stains, oxidation, previous damage, contamination, odors, wear, and other factors outside the Company’s reasonable control.
Some stains, scratches, odors, discoloration, wear, or surface defects may not be completely removable. An expectation of complete restoration does not, by itself, establish that a service was improperly performed.
Parts & Materials
Parts, fluids, filters, chemicals, and other materials installed, opened, consumed, or applied during a completed service are generally non-refundable once used, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Any applicable manufacturer warranty on a part or product remains subject to the terms and conditions established by that manufacturer.
Resolution of Validated Claims
If the Company determines, following reasonable investigation and inspection, that corrective action is appropriate, the Company may offer a reasonable remedy based on the circumstances.
A remedy may include re-performing the affected portion of the service, correcting the specific issue, arranging an appropriate repair, issuing an applicable service credit, or providing another mutually agreed resolution.
No third-party repair expense, replacement cost, rental vehicle expense, towing charge, transportation expense, loss-of-use expense, or other cost should be assumed to be authorized or reimbursable unless the Company has agreed to the expense in advance, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Fraudulent or Misrepresented Claims
The Company reserves the right to deny claims supported by materially false, misleading, altered, incomplete, or fraudulent information and may preserve relevant records and documentation concerning disputed claims.
Customer Acknowledgment
By scheduling, purchasing, authorizing, or receiving services from the Company, the customer acknowledges this Refund, Service & Damage Claim Policy, subject to all rights and protections provided by applicable law.
Commitment to Customers
The Company’s goal is to address legitimate customer concerns professionally, fairly, and transparently. Customers are encouraged to communicate promptly whenever there is a question or concern regarding a completed service.
Clear communication. Straightforward service. Professional accountability.
